Day 17

August 21, 2009

Friday again and time to get in the mood for the weekend. There is no better way to do this than with a bow tie. I have a collection of ties that I’ve slowly added to over the years. Normally they get worn in my hair, but now it’s time for them to take their proper place. I’ve already had a couple of comments, to which I replied that I just thought it was time I started dressing more formally for the office.

Double debut for my new Ebay leggings and a skirt that I bought a couple of weeks ago at the Car Boot Sale.
I do realise that, with the fringe and bow tie combo, I am inadvertently channelling Sam Fox at the 1989 Brit Awards but then I am not sure this is a bad thing at all.

I love this outfit, very cute! I am a big fan of the “Friday Outfit”, it makes you feel like the weekend is beginning. The more tedious the week, the more sparkly the Friday Outfit…
